I used it for personal use and it works really well but it takes 2 minutes to charge. It is a good product and a branded product.

So, as far as if this works as it should, and does what it says, it 100% does. I have had zero issues with it working well, and the instructions are simple, although theres one step that I will never use which is to adjust settings on a phone itself to disconnect it at a lower battery setting I believe. Across the board, I think this is a simple, useful item, and again, no issue, even works with a phone and tablet that are in cases without issue as well. Having said that, I never realized just how little I actually charge devices to full, and so, for my needs specifically, it has been limited in its usefulness. I do think for charging overnight, this does work the best, because we do not like having things charging while we are sleeping, so it has mostly been used when we need something charged by morning, and forgot to do it during the day. So, very useful for that, but day to day usage has been minimal. I am still very happy to have this, and I have no complaints about the quality, I just found I am surprised how little we charge things to full capacity. Others could definitely find this more a win than I do, and I do still very much think it is a big win for me. Overall, does what it says, works fantastic, and if for nothing else, a great option for overnight charging when forgetting to do it during the day.

The Sworae Smart Auto Stop Charging Adapter with USB-C Cable reliably cuts off power once charging is complete. I tested it with a handheld fan, and the adapter definitely stopped the flow of electricity as soon as it was fully charged. For larger devices like an iPad or heavier equipment, I think it would be more effective to connect the adapter to the wall outlet rather than plugging it directly into the device to ensure.

I’m not sure why I purchased this device as these days most phones and most chargers stop charging when the device is fully charged. This device is for those that do not have this built-in function or when you want to be 100% sure that your device is no longer plugged in when it doesn’t have to be. That said, this auto stop adapter will come through for you. Though it didn’t work so well when plugged directly into my desktop charger, it worked flawlessly when plugged directly into my phone. It has a push rod on either side of the adapter that pushes the adapter away from your phone once it’s fully charged. It worked well with my phone case as well since the usb-c plug is adequately long.Good for charging devices up to 140w with this passthrough adapter when you want to be completely confident that the power is cut after its fully charged. It also works with non-phones as well and I honestly will probably use it more for those types of devices as they may not have as many over-charge protections as my iPhone.

This little thing is awesome. I thought it would be corny, but it has been super useful with my powerbanks, and other rechargeable items. I like that I can plug it into what I need and leave it alone and not have to question if it's charged or not, because once it's fully charged, this little device auto-ejects itself. It has good build quality and has lasted a couple of months of near non-stop use. I use it with my power banks, 3d printer accessories, and while charging my RC batteries. Because of it's 140W capabilities I no longer have to worry about overcharging those expensive Traxxas batteries!

My daughter has the habit of leaving her tablet on the charger for super long periods of time, so when I saw this, I picked it up. It came packaged just fine with no defects that I could see. Getting it out, you get the adapter and a small usb c cord. I got it plugged in and waited for her tablet to be charged. This kicked in and knocked it off the charger. All in all, this works great to avoid overcharging.

I got this specifically because my phone was getting noticeably hot during long charging sessions, especially overnight. The issue with standard charging is that even after reaching 100%, the charger keeps cycling power to maintain that level, which generates heat and over time degrades the battery. This adapter cuts that off completely once the battery is full — it physically disconnects power and ejects the cable connection, so the phone just sits idle rather than continuing to draw.In practice, it does exactly what it promises. My phone no longer gets warm sitting on the charger, and I've noticed the battery running a bit better since making the switch. The LED indicator makes it easy to tell when charging has stopped. This unit works with a ton of different devices by either plugging into the device or by plugging into the charging port of a power brick, laptop, power station, etc. The part that pushes this out in order to disconnect has a soft tip and it extents far enough to push away from things even if the gap to the block is nearly a quarter inch. That has been the biggest gap I've used it with so far. I actually didn't want this for a phone but my drone battery charging hubs and for use with my portable power station. Even when things are done charging they can draw a significant amount of power as they query the status and also will keep the power station from going to sleep longer than necessary. I tried it on my phone with the case installed and it does reach far enough to connect and will stay connected as long as it's laying on a table or something flat. It's probably a sixteenth of an inch from connecting securely to stay locked in when moving the phone but that better than most things do. Without the case it stays connected when moving the phone around and even using it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for anybody. It's usefulness is much greater since it can be used at either end and with things that don't plug in flush. The included cable look and feels like a high quality one and allows fast charging.
